Hardness in water creates multiple maintenance & process problems in commercial applications. Neotec’s commercial range of water softeners is designed to meet the demanding needs and specifications for all types of soft water applications.

Commercial softening systems vary from 90,000 grains to 1 million grains. These ion exchange systems come with fully automatic control valves that set off the regeneration process based on time or water flow. The normal flow of water & brining is “down-flow” while backwash is “up-flow”. The control valves are simple and reliable and available from1” to 3” sizes.

Fully adjustable 5-cycle control delivers controlled up-flow backwash, down-flow brining and slow rinse, rapid rinse, timed brine refill and down-flow service.
Time-tested, hydraulically balanced piston, seal and spacer concept to pilot service flow and regeneration.
